Saint Mary’s Glacier: This year round destination is found in the Arapaho National Forest, just a hop & skip away from Idaho Springs.  With flourishing wildflowers, visitors can hike, ski or climb all while marveling at this natural wonder of year-round snow.

Garden of the Gods: A national natural landmark, this public park is found near Colorado Springs.  Incredible geological features populate the park made up of sedimentary sandstones and limestones and give visitors the opportunity to hike, climb, and mountain bike.

Maroon Bells: Passing up this selfie-worthy location would be a mistake as these peaks are the most photographed mountains in North America.  Mule deer, red fox, bighorn sheep among other wildlife are found here along with alpine meadows filled with wildflowers, aspen forests and rocky slopes.

Collegiate Peaks: A section of the Sawatch Range in central Colorado, these mountains are named after college powerhouses like Yale, Princeton, and Harvard.  The collegiate peaks contain some of the highest mountains in Colorado and conquering them will certainly boost your photo cred.  With horseback riding and hot springs at the base of Mount Princeton, you can get some relax time in as well.
