This 3-day festival includes a variety of Colorado breweries and live bluegrass music that is sure to be a blast! Once everyone defrosts from another epic winter, join the locals at the Eagle County Fair and Rodeo for an awesome experience for all ages. Don’t dust off the 10 gallon hats and spurs quite yet as the fair and rodeo kick off on July 20th with the finals being held on the 23rd for 2016. This past year’s Mushroom and Wild Food Festival seemed to forage up quite the crowd with amazing seminars held by mycologists and professional foragers. Health conscious individuals rant and rave about the mushroom and wine pairing in the evenings, so don’t miss your chance this upcoming August.
